IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A VESSEL BREAKDOWN OR SKIPPER UNAVAILABILITY, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING, OR AN ALTERNATIVE DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CUSTOMER WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to find an alternative date to carry out the rental, provided the boat is available and the new date is feasible for the customer. If no alternative date can be found, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded at no cost.
