If the cancellation is due to illness or other duly justified reasons, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded. Cancellations by ISASMALLORCA In the event of cancellation due to vessel breakdown or unavailability of the skipper, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded to the client, or an alternative departure date will be arranged if the client so wishes. Cancellation due to bad weather If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to reschedule the rental for another date, provided the boat is available and the new date is viable for the client. If no alternative date can be found, a full refund of any amounts paid in advance will be issued at no cost.
