IF CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR PROPERLY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL RESERVATION AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A PROPERLY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE CUSTOMER'S DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A VESSEL BREAKDOWN OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SKIPPER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL RESERVATION AMOUNT, OR A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CUSTOMER SO WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to arrange an alternative date for the rental, provided the boat is available and the new date is feasible for the customer. If no alternative date can be found, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded at no cost.
