The deposit is returned immediately after the rental ends, following boat inspection.

The reservation becomes effective upon payment of 100% of the booking. It is cancellable and valid up to ten (10) calendar days before the service date, in which case 70% of the total booking will be refunded. If more than one (1) hour after the charter’s scheduled start the client does not show up or there has been no prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled and forfeited. It will remain cancellable up to one (1) calendar day before the service and free of charge in case of adverse weather conditions*. If this is the reason for cancellation, SEA U CHARTER will assume the cost and will refund any amounts paid to date (including the reservation). SEA U CHARTER reserves the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions without the client’s express consent and/or agreement between the parties.
