The deposit is returned immediately after the rental ends, following boat inspection.

The booking will become effective upon payment of 100% of the reservation, and is always cancellable and valid until ten (10) calendar days before the service date, with a 70% refund of the total reservation amount. If, one hour after the start of the charter, the client does not show up or has not given prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled and forfeited. It will remain cancellable up to one (1) calendar day before the service and free of charge for adverse weather conditions*. If this is the reason for cancellation, SEA U CHARTER will assume the cost and will refund any amounts paid to date (including the reservation). SEA U CHARTER reserves the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions without the client's express consent and/or agreement between the parties.
