The deposit is returned immediately after the rental ends, following boat inspection.

The booking becomes effective upon payment of 100% of the reservation and may be cancelled up to ten (10) calendar days before the service date with a 70% refund of the total booking. If one hour after the scheduled start of the charter the client does not show up or has not given prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled and forfeited. It will remain cancellable up to one (1) calendar day before the service and at no cost in the event of adverse weather conditions*. If this is the reason for cancellation, SEA U CHARTER will assume the cost and refund any amount paid to date (including the reservation). SEA U CHARTER reserves the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions without the client's express consent and/or agreement between both parties.
