IF CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A MECHANICAL FAILURE OF THE VESSEL, OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SKIPPER, THE FULL RESERVATION AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT, OR A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CLIENT SO DESIRES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to find an alternative date for the rental, provided the boat is available and the date is viable for the client. If no alternative date can be found, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded at no cost.
