IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A BOAT BREAKDOWN OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SKIPPER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION, OR A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CUSTOMER WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to find an alternative date for the rental, provided the boat is available and the date is feasible for the customer. If no alternative date can be found, a full refund of any amounts paid in advance will be issued at no cost.
