IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A VESSEL BREAKDOWN, OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SKIPPER, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER, OR AN ALTERNATIVE DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE AGREED IF THE CUSTOMER SO WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will attempt to reschedule the rental, provided the boat is available and the proposed date is feasible for the customer. If no alternative date can be found, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded at no cost.
