A security deposit is required to ensure responsible use of the vessel. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental if there is no damage.

IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE CUSTOMER'S DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A VESSEL BREAKDOWN OR THE SKIPPER'S UNAVAILABILITY, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER, OR A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CUSTOMER SO WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will try to arrange an alternative date for the rental, provided the boat is available and the new date is feasible for the customer. If no alternative date can be found, any amounts paid in advance will be fully refunded at no cost.
