IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER DULY JUSTIFIED REASONS, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE CANCELLATION DOES NOT HAVE A DULY JUSTIFIED REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT. CANCELLATIONS BY ISASMALLORCA IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A VESSEL BREAKDOWN OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SKIPPER, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT, OR A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE WILL BE ARRANGED IF THE CLIENT SO WISHES. CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER If weather conditions are adverse, we will attempt to reschedule the rental, provided the boat is available and the new date is feasible for the client. If no alternative date can be found, the full amount of any advance payments will be refunded at no cost.
