No deposit required. The client only pays the rental price without additional deposit.

In case of rough seas the charter will be moved to another day; in case of illness a medical certificate is required. If the client cancels the reservation more than 10 days before the rental start date, up to 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made 10 days or less before the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund. If weather conditions do not permit safe navigation on the reserved date (meaning adverse wind conditions and/or sea state), and always at the discretion of the boat owner or Prima Boats, the parties may jointly agree to change the rental date. Lack of sunshine, cloudy skies, or unfavorable weather forecasts that do not affect the safety of navigation will not constitute grounds for cancellation nor entitle the client to any refund. If it is not possible to agree on a new date and the booking was for one day or less, the client will receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for one year from the original scheduled rental date. Prima Boats may propose alternative dates for the booking, subject to availability. Once the rental has started, if the client decides to end it before the scheduled time or date for reasons unrelated to Prima Boats, the client will not be entitled to any refund for the unused time.
